Originally from South Tucson, AZ. Kyle grew up with wrestling from a very young age and earned many honors throughout his time competing. As an athlete Kyle was a 4X Arizona High School State Champion, 7X USA Wrestling Freestyle & Greco-Roman All-American winning the Greco-Roman National Title & Most Outstanding Wrestler his senior year, 3X place winner at the PAC-10/12 Championships, place winner at the United States Senior Nationals in 2013, and Unites States Veterans-A National Champion in 2022. Although Kyle had much success as a young athlete it has not came without its tough times and he has had to work his way back up. Kyle is graduate of Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona with a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies with focuses in Education and Exercise & Wellness, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, and most recently a Masters of Legal Studies degree with emphasis in Sports Law, Business Law, & Contract Law from the  Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law . After graduating with his master's degree he decided to start Next Generation Talent Management in hopes to help Athletes and Talented individuals alike in their journeys to capitalize on their talents and help to develop them on their career paths.

 Orlando Jimenez is proud to be an Arizona born wrestler. He began wrestling at 10yrs old. Orlando wrestled while serving his country in the U.S. Navy. His list of accolades includes: All Navy Wrestler and 2x Freestyle National Champion. After his 4 years of active service, he was recruited by Arizona State University’s head coach, Thom Ortiz. Orlando Wrestled for ASU as a D-I collegiate athlete from 2006-2010. Orlando is also a law enforcement veteran, Mixed Martial Arts competitor, and  school graduate, where he specialized in Sports contract law. Orlando currently holds a record of 2-0 as a professional mixed martial artist. Prior to his debut as a pro, he was a veteran of the amateur ranks. Orlando is a former USA amateur national champion and earned his place to compete on the US National team for IMAF – WMMAA International Mixed Martial Arts competitions to include the 2016 (Las Vegas) & 2017 (Bahrain) Amateur World Championships as well as the 2016 European Open Championship held in Prague, Czech Republic. Orlando is very proud father and husband, and looks to help build the careers of athletes and assist them in their journeys.

Former Navy SOPAC/ALL NAVY Wrestling team member, former Arizona State University wrestler, Brazilian Jujitsu practitioner at Blue Belt (no gi), and scholar. David has two associate degrees from South Mountain Community College, Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Arizona State University, Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University, and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from National University. Currently, David is pursuing certification in Digital Media and Photography from Sessions College. Professionally, David has worked in Education, teaching at Vista College, working in Admissions at Grand Canyon University, Argosy University, Everest College Phoenix, and more recently as a digital marketing specialist for Dominator Inc, and freelance writer with clients in the Mixed Martial Arts world. As an athlete and father of two beautiful children my mission is to help those finding their professional and personal milestones with NxtGen. 

Josh graduated from Arizona State University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. A high school graduate of Colleyville Heritage High School (Colleyville, Texas) he lettered in wrestling four times and served as team captain three times. He earned two high school All-America honors, four-time all-district, all-region and all-state selection. He set a state record for career wins (178) and career wins by fall (171) and recorded a win by fall in six seconds... went 178-7 in his prep career. Was

selected as a Texas Academic Scholar, earning a Congressional appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy, where he attended the Naval Academy Post Graduate School for one year following his graduation from CHHS. Attended University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (Chattanooga, Tenn.) for two years before transferring to ASU, was a member of the "Mocs" wrestling squad for two seasons. Finished fourth and the Pac-10 Championships at 125 pounds and competed at both 125 and 133 during his place on the team at Arizona State.

Renard is a content creator with 5 years of experience producing content on sports, music, lifestyle, and fashion.

Along with his work as a content creator, Renard has worked in the influencer marketing industry building multiple social media platforms. He's developed an expertise in e-mail marketing, paid social campaign management, and social media management.

Married to Rebecca Seltun with one child named Alana Renee Cook born 09/19/2021 currently living in Ocean Shores, WA. An avid surfer and fisherman and owner of Damon Point Action Sports Rental and Adventure.  As an athlete Andy was a 4X HS All American and a 3X HS State Champion and runner-up although he had young success his career was cut short due to injuries which in turn launched his coaching career.  Through this process he has developed a very strong work ethic second to none and a consistent drive to be the very best.  Since 1999 he has been a coach at every level, Youth, Middle School, High School, College, and at the Senior Level International.  Andy has had the opportunity to coach in India and this experience was second to none in personal development as well as working at an exceptionally high level with Olympic and World Medalists. Andy is currently pursuing a career in the sports management field coaching, surfing and raising his beautiful family.  

Kalin Goodsite was born and raised in Riverside, California. He wrestled in high school placing at the California State Championship Tournament and then went on to wrestle for Arizona State University. After college Kalin started training Jiu Jitsu in 2014 and is now a purple belt three stripes. The highest level of competition He has competed in is the Grappling World Championships and placed Bronze representing the United States of America. He has been doing photography and videography since 2014 and has become a passion of his.
